Back Pain Reduced

A client said ‘I used to have to go to the chiropracter all the time. I have only been once since I started Pilates classes with you.’ This client has been doing Pilates once a week for about 9 months and has noticed considerable improvement in her back problems. She commented that she can now do her garden without even thinking about her back! Fantastic!
This doesn’t suprise me. More and more people are now turning to yoga and pilates as a means of relieving their back pain.
