From the week after Easter (April 2010)  we will be offering Pilates classes in Bridgwater at the Victoria Park Community Centre.  The classes will run on Wednesday afternoons.  Please let me know if you are interested by phoning or emailing to save yourself a place or contact Sally Green at the Community Centre for more information.

Wednesdays: March 17^th/24^th/31^st break for Easter and next class after Easter is on 14^th April

Thursdays:  March 11^th/18^th/25^th April 1^st break for Easter and next class after Easter is on 15^th April

The Pilates class which runs every Thursday morning now begins at 9.40am rather than at 9.30am.

There is some space available on all our Pilates classes at the moment.

The Pilates classes are held in the village of Ashcott which is near Street, Walton, Greinton, Catcott, Edington, Chilton Polden, Millfield School etc. Call for directions and to check for availability.

Please note that the Monday class at 6pm is suitable for people who already have experience of Pilates exercises.  All the other classes are for all ages and all abilities.  Come and join us, Pilates is fun!!

Saturday drop-in classes will run on 23rd January and 20th February at 10am.  Cost is £7.50, all are welcome, just let us know you want a place, call on 01458 210902.
