We have an advanced class on Monday evenings at 7pm, you need to have been doing Pilates regularly for a while to join this group.  If you are interested in joining this class ring Lita for a chat to see if it might be suitable for you.  Telephone her on 01458 210902.

A client said ‘I used to have to go to the chiropracter all the time.  I have only been once since I started Pilates classes with you.’  This client has been doing Pilates once a week for about 9 months and has noticed considerable improvement in her back problems.  She commented that she can now do her garden without even thinking about her back!  Fantastic!

All our Pilates classes are strictly limited in size to ensure that everyone gets individual attention throughout the session.  We also offer individual tuition at only £50 an hour for one or two people.  We highly recommend this option for those who are new to Pilates or who have any severe mobility or flexibility problems.  Give us a ring for a friendly chat on 01458 210902.

The weekly classes are £6.25 per person payable by the half term in advance.  If you pay on a weekly basis each class is £7.75.

Classes are held at Millslade Hall in Ashcott, Somerset about 5 minutes’ drive from Street. Our teaching room is warm and carpeted. There is loads of easy parking here too.
